After the discovery session, if you qualify to work with us the next step is Game Plan session with our Property Acquisition Specialist. The timeline from here is based on your financial position and what is most suitable for your circumstances. We aspire to be a partner for life, so we’re in this for the long haul. From an initial discovery session through, tailoring the finance structure, to selecting the right property, can be completed in as little as few weeks, through to months. It is imperative we remain considered and ensure all transitions align with your personal goals and strategy.

In terms of your time, we will not need much as we will be doing most of the administrative tasks for you.
